About Tigra
Tigra is a very sweet and calm dog. She is mellow, lovey, and very affectionate. Very friendly with all family members and children. She is great with other dogs and cats. Tigra weighs 44 pounds. She is healthy, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines.
Rescue Notes on Tigra:
Tigra was born in the streets of Russia. She grew up in an industrial area, and lived there, minded her own business until she was in heat, and was chased by a pack of male dogs. Local men, who witnessed this, decided to kill Tigra “for attracting pests”. They brutally beat this sweet, innocent girl and left her half-dead by the dumpster when we found her. She had multiple injuries, her hip was dislocated, but she was still wagging her tail.
Tigra had to undergo emergency surgery. She is currently in rehabilitation and is being fostered by one of our volunteers. Tigra is expected to make full recovery, but her hip will always be sensitive.
