Meet our Aviva (Hebrew name meaning fresh beginning, spring, new life) Avi for short.
We hope that this beautiful girl will find new life and new beginning in her new country.

Avi is a German Shepherd mix, who was found near the infamous dump site hungry, emaciated and scared. She would not move, and kept waiting for her family to come back for her. When volunteers tried to feed her, she would eat but refused to leave the area. Dogs are faithful creatures and they never lose hope.

She was getting weaker and wouldn’t survive a Russian. Avi was finally trapped and brought to the clinic. Avi was treated, dewormed, fed and bathed. She was then placed in a comfortable foster home. She is safe and warm now – but she is longing for her own family.

We are looking for a loving home for Avi. After all, this gorgeous girl deserves to know real love.
Avi is young and healthy. She is about 1.5-2 years of age. She weighs 50 lbs., is spayed and up to date on vaccines.

Avi will not be able to survive another betrayal. We are hoping to find a loving and committed family for this beautiful soul.
