BLUES is 7 months old boy who weights only 15 pounds and won’t grow much bigger.
Neutered and vaccinated, HW negative and dewormed.
Blues is a little bit shy with strangers – he didn’t see much good from humans. He was rescued from Russian streets abandoned in the coldest time.
