Rafael. 2 year old  Lab mix. Kind. Affectionate. Loves dogs. He needs to be a second dog as he will not thrive without a friend. He was found  at the bus stop, dumped and only survived because he found a friend, no less unfortunate than himself, a dog named Prosha who had been homeless for a long time. They found each other and saved each other. Both were taken to a boarding. Rafael has been waiting for a family for over a year now. It is time!
