REMI is looking for home! This Lovebug is a 3 year-old Golden Retriver mix, dumped by owners in the streets of Russia. Remi adores people (especially kids), and after he was abandoned, he lived in a sandbox on a playground to be close to children. This caused much displeasure from neighbors, and they called a service to shoot Remi. Thanks to our volunteers and sponsors, we were able to rescue him just in time!
Remi has the best Golden temperament (the kind everyone wants but never truly gets). Like many Goldens, he loves to swim. He is very, very sweet with everyone he meets, loves kids, very good with other dogs, but does chase cats. Remi weighs 67 lbs, he is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and generally a healthy, vibrant boy.
